Method development for TD-DFT studying the role of quantum coherences in quantum transport. Created and implemented a numerical model in Python based using tools from multidimensional arrays, time series and stochastic processes to understand the role of electron and heat transport in realistic molecular transistors. Supervised and trained new researchers.

Researcher in Quantum Transport, Quantum Mechanics, Thermodynamics, and non-Markovian process characterization.Invented a new algorithm for characterization of time-series for quantum processes that goes beyond the Markov approximation. Studied the efficiency for time series of sparse matrices. Created and implemented a model in Mathematica to study heat transport in molecular devices. Supervised and trained new researchers.

Postdoctoral Researcher in theoretical quantum mechanics, quantum walks, quantum algorithms, TD-DFT, open quantum systems and quantum thermodynamics.Studied the structure of random walk algorithms on quantum trees. Analyzed this using novel techniques I developed based on Bayesian analysis and statistical inference that applies for such systems. Developed numerical experiments using Mathematica to visualize the time series of different kinds of networks and showed how to use stochastic optimization for improve the performance of the algorithms. Generalized the method of Time Dependent Density Functional Theory used for quantum chemistry to work for stochastic processes, and developed a new functional for realistic materials. Implemented and visualized the results in Python. Supervised and trained new researchers.

Managed physics laboratory for health professionals laboratories of the Department of Physics. Responsible for managing and training new instructors as well as mediating scheduling and other conflicts. Restructured lab curriculum.

Studied and simulated the dynamics of quantum systems using techniques of Bayesian analysis and stochastic optimization for novel time series problems. Modelled specific time series in Mathematica using quantum statistical inference methods.

Taught physics for health professionals for the Department of Physics. Responsible for preparation, testing, grading, curriculum enhancement, and laboratory experiments for the lab.

Simulated using GEANT4 Monte Carlo tools the generation, passage through matter and detector interaction of cosmic ray muons for tomographic applications towards Mayan Archeology. Used Fortran and C++ and developed new methods for visualization of the statistics in a way that would be valuable for non-experts.

Designed, developed and maintained a Human Resources software package for more than 80,000 employees. Interviewed and worked closely with the client to obtain requirements and develop the GUI to suits their needs using VBA and SQL

Simulated anti-proton acceleration in the Main Injector. Developed visualization scripts for highly complex Monte Carlos methods.

Designed and implemented an Indium compounds characterization station, from the electronics to the physical construction of the probe. Assisted with the characterization of Ferroelectric thin films.

Characterized ferroelectric properties of materials using inter-digitized contacts grown by Photolithography. Assisted with phosphates film development and designed a digital electronics station for characterization for optoelectronics applications.
