Directly reports to the President and CEO of WinSource Solutions, Inc. In-charge of the overall management and operation of the outbound call center. Provides direction and supervises the activities of the Operations Managers, Client Relations Managers and Service Quality & Compliance group to ensure revenue targets, productivity and efficiency metrices are met. Including formulation of action plans and strategies to drive sales productivity and agent efficiency. Ensures company policies, operational processes & procedures, including management instructions are properly cascaded and implemented in the Operations Department and Service Quality & Compliance Department.
