I was born in Bucaramanga, Colombia. At the age of 15, I moved to Miami, Florida, along with my family. I recently graduated from high school at School for Advanced Studies. In this great institution, I had lifelong lessons and experiences in their dual-enrollment program that allowed me to graduate high school and obtain an Associates of Arts degree from Miami Dade College, simultaneously.Starting June 2024, I will be attending Florida International University, where I will be majoring in Business Analytics. Even though my education is my priority, I like to get work experience from an early age. For this reason, I worked as an intern during school vacations prior to graduating from High school. In 2019 I worked in the office supplies company, Papeleria Offiarte, in my hometown, Bucaramanga. In the summer of 2023, I was a Branch Service Intern at the South Florida Credit Union, EdFed. Through these experiences, I have acquired excellent customer service skills, active listening, reliability, and discipline. Beyond the classroom and the office, I am a person who values family deeply. I love spending time with my parents and sister. I am also very passionate about soccer. I enjoy watching and playing every time I have the chance. I like Colombian food, yet I am always open to flavors from different cultures. I enjoy working out and taking care of my health.For the future, I aspire to learn a lot from my major, Business Analytics, obtaining technical and leadership skills and applying them to projects throughout my career. My dream is to combine my passion for soccer and business. For this reason, I am currently attending the Global Sports Leadership Certificate, an alliance program between the Argentinian Football Association (AFA) and Florida International University (FIU). With this first step, I aim to learn about the Soccer Industry, to eventually take my skills and passion into the industry.
