Reporting the CIO, conducting technical direction, economics, and relationship with providers. From workplace department , all the assistance is conducted and the dialogue between company users and the IT area.Under my direction:• The Service Desk, Local Support, Advanced Support, Telephone, Asset Management and ITSM departments. Give support to more than 5,000 users in 90 offices with a team of 45 people under my supervision.• Licensing control of Adobe, Microsoft and the remaining tools related to users.• Asset management.Main achievements:• Tender for a new service provider for Workplace.• Implementing solutions for Modern Workplace based upon INTUNE.• Managing needs due to COVID confinement:o Implementing massive and urgent telework.o Redefining services and support to users from a remote setting.o Delivery of 800 devices to employees in two weeks: software installment, telework training, access management and implementing security measures, etc.• Implementing a new ITSM tool.• Cost reductions: services 25% , telephone 50%• Implementing global security solutions in all equipment and user identity (Endpoint, MFA, MDM, etc.).• Unification of 6,000 users distributed in 27 Active Directories in a single Azure Active Directory.

Reporting to the Director of Managed Services Iberia (Atos).Simultaneous work as SDM from Workplace for Endesa, with detection of new opportunities and with the supervision of other contracts between Atos and ENEL.As of new projects and contracts as an upselling source are also noted, the implementation of 60 collaboration rooms, 24x7 monitoring alert services, and an implementation project from Smartworking.

Reporting for Endesa to the Head Distributed Service Delivery ICT Iberia and to the CIO and for Atos to the Director of Managed Services Iberia and Global Account Manager.Main achievements:• Creating a new service, replacing another provider with more than 12 years of service.• Service transition and technical groups to Service Now.• Hardware maintenance and park software of 13.000 computers in more than 300 headquarters. Renovating more than 1,000 users in the trimester.• Implementing and managing 6500 virtual workplaces VDIs in the cloud.• Renovation of cybersecurity solutions in the entire workplace.• Successful implementation of one of the first TechBars in Spain.• Identification of concrete opportunities in 7 additional service projects.• Migration to Windows 10 of more than 13.000 users.Responsible of an international support service in Iberia carried out by technical groups both OnSite (35 technicians) and offshore in India, Poland, Turkey and Tenerife.Duties:• Follow up with customers on service delivery and level of satisfaction.• Supervision of the work carried out by the technical teams.• P&L and preparation of improvement plans (financial and service).• Identification of customer needs and business opportunity.

The pilot´s objective was the migration of 30 systems with different architecture and different clouds to evaluate possible solutions.Achievements: After this pilot, migration strategies were elaborated, different clouds were evaluated (technically and economically) and the architecture catalog to use was defined.Upon completion, Endesa migrated 7000 servers to AWS in one year.
