Since the age of 5, I have been enthralled by movies. My adult self is not too different - I am a pop culture, horror film, and Disney fanboy. As an award-winning storyteller who grew up on the Mexico-United States border, I love weaving strong Latino characters and authentic culture into my tales. I have experience crafting a variety of original content including screenplays, novels, short stories, social media, curriculum, and even grants. In my previous career, I was a Master Teacher with notoriety for transforming at-risk Latino youth by creating engaging multimedia curriculum that brought the magic of movies into the classroom catapulting me onto center stage at national and international education conferences. Imagination, event-planning, creative thinking, people management, social media, and writing are my greatest passions.
