Project Coordinator at San Diego Gas & Electric of Pole Loading Compliance Group (PLCP) (previously known as PRiME Central Program) within the Electric System Hardening – Engineering & Design department. The goal of PLCP is to mitigate pole risk by managing inventory and assessing the pole loading calculation process and requirements. There are approximately 200,000 poles in the territory of which 8,000 pole loading calculations are performed each year.• Manage the development of the PLCP Tool and multiple phase migration of the data from PLCP Master Tracker (completed 5/2020), As-Built/True-UP Master Tracker (completed 1/2021) and Non-Compliant Pole Master Tracker (anticipated 2/2021) to facilitate performance metrics that are/were previously in Excel spreadsheets.• Maintain and update PLCP’s Standard Operating Procedure Manual to be in compliance with CPUC guidelines• Oversee maintenance and updating of PLCP Master Tracker (log of pole loading calculations required for projects in pre-construction). Confirm pole calculations are received for every pole that requires one prior to jobs going to construction.• Oversee the maintenance and updating of the As-Built/True-Up (ATU) Master Tracker (log of pole loading calculations required after construction is completed to ensure installation was accurate)• Oversee the maintenance and updating of the Non-Compliant Pole spreadsheet (log of pole loading calculations that are overloaded or where clearances are not met) to assist in maintaining construction standard compliance and emergency switching procedures. Research status of pole calculation through various systems/programs (PIDS, Ocalc Reports, SAP, DPSS, GIS). Assess if non-compliance has been remediated or if further action is needed to resolve issues.• Weekly presentation of PLCP Power BI Metrics and Dashboards. Analyzing data to identify/present trends to the appropriate departments and affect change in the processes.

Gather project incitation documents, identify potential risks, and provide alternatives to risks for project planning. Assists in conducting project site inspections, identify issues and gather information necessary for permitting and right-of-way requirements. Review plans, maps, cost estimates, for accuracy, presentation and conformance with engineering practices. Interpret/apply construction standards of contracted agency.

Update design drawings using CATIA CAD software. Improve any flaws and user Ergonomics of the tools used in the assembly of the 747 airplane. Converse with assembly personnel to obtain specific errors with the equipment needed for improvement, and answer any questions pertaining to the use of the tools.
