Active participant of all stages of projects, from requirement gathering, to design, build, test, deploy and provide production support. All working in an in-house rule engine based on Microsoft Technologies. Developed rule engine based software in .NET that accesses multiple mainframes for the Advanced Risk Capabilities – Global Risk Fulfillment group at American Express.  Working experience with multiple mainframe systems from American Express that include case management systems, accounts receivable platforms, communication systems, etc. Integrated applications using current Amex technology like MQ Series, Web Services (SOLAR, DataPower, SOLACE).  Applications were developed in an in-house rule-based platform running in Windows Server 2012, having at its core SQL Server 2012 and MQ Series from IBM. Applications were flexible enough that could run in batch mode or as a service. Services were exposed depending on the system that was consuming the service as an MQ service or as a web service. The idea was to eventually migrate them to an in-house cloud platform.  Development experience was end to end, from requirements gathering, coding, unit testing, user acceptance testing, deployment and continuous production support. Worked projects in multiple capabilities like Line Management, Collections, Corporate accounts, Fraud Management, Communication processing (letters and emails), etc. Exposed in multiple projects to the handling of operational risk and compliance.
