As a Senior Customer Support and Training- SSE at AspenTech, I am resposible for support and training in AspenTech's geological modeling and seismic interpretation tools to a variety of customers in South America, including Petrobras, Repsol, YPFB, and YPF.In this role, Working from prospect identification to reservoir characterization scale in a diversity of geological settings I highlight my role in tow case studies in collaboration with Petrobras in Campos Basin one in which the object was to perform a geometric structural restoration of post-salt stratigraphic units aiming for salt windows identification, and the other to discriminate igneous from carbonate rocks in pre-salt reservoirs through unsupervised seismic classificationIn addition to my work at AspenTech, I am currently pursuing a Master's Degree at the Universidade Federal Fluminense, where my research focus is on generating a fracture model to corroborate the production of the Barra Velha formation in the Buzios field in the Santos Basin in Brazil. As part of my studies, I have gained experience in the interpretation of borehole image profiles using a textural attribute such as the gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM).Prior to my current role, I spent ten years as a Senior G&G Consultant at Halliburton, where I provided support and training in Landmark tools to a variety of customers in Brazil, and participated in an R&D project with Petrobras to develop a tool for simulating karst features. I also worked on the construction of a geological model of the Maceio sub-basin for Braskem and served as a Geology & Geophysics Consultant at Petrobras Data Room, where I was responsible for reserves evaluation of several prospects.I have a strong skill set in a variety of software, including AspenTech, Landmark, Petrel, OpendTect, ArcGIS, and more. I am proficient in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and have experience as an instructor of geological modeling courses. I have also published articles and presented at conferences on topics related to my field of expertise.
