Circular economy project building on my MSc thesis on redistribution of by-product nutrients from tilapia farming. By utilizing tilapia guts, in combination with by-products from agriculture and fisheries, the aim is to produce sustainable farm-made feed for egg-laying hens and catfish to increase availability of affordable animal source proteins for local population. Assisting in setup of feed trial, responsible for daily activities, and organizing trial and team at Victory Farms. Trial and project to be finalized in January 2024.

Responsible for organizing all sales processes with customers, customer related activities (e.g., conferences, seminars, etc.), marketing, establish internal sales budgets, and internal processes for achievements. Combined work day where I also assisting the trading desk as in previous position (Exchange Broker).

Primarily functioned as broker for financial contracts on salmon (future contracts). Daily contact with clients in the value chain for salmon. Role also involves sales– and meeting activities. Assisted clients with risk advisory on contract portfolio. Responsible for external communication, creating market analysis and presentations, managing web page, and maintenance of Fish Pool’s two price indexes.

Tromsø-Området, Norge

Project manager for Northern-Norway largest seafood conference arranged by student. Around 600 participants; both students, academia, scientists and business representatives from over 30 companies. Overall responsibly for the conference and for the board of ten other students over a project period of one year. Contributed in forming strategy, campaigns, communication, and website. Approved budget and financial statement.

Brief internship in Lerøy Aurora, as part of a practical module during bachelors degree. Assisted in forming their display center ("visningssenter") for salmon production. Contributed with producing text and material for the display, and adjusting the material for different audiences.
