• Know production lines capacity to create deliveries schedule/FCST for suppliers, using Kanban Method.
• Daily inventory revision to avoid lack/excess of materials that are managed by Kanban Method.
• Register historical consumption for chemicals to create FCST for suppliers and release weekly/monthly deliveries schedule.
• Receive tools status and work with Engineering/ production/ finance team to accomplish with the necessary repairs.
• Handle of Outside Service Process for RM and support with it for manufactured items using Kanban method.
• PO’s and SA’s release based on previous analysis of the demand in system.

• Procure Raw Material lead time accomplishments
• Monitor KPI established by purchasing department (OTD, OTP).
• Support engineering department with quotes for new materials and update them in SAP system.
• Process settlements for consignment materials to complete payments for suppliers. (Weekly and monthly basis)
• Search new suppliers to procure material to improve prices, LT, quality.

• Monitor Direct Material (DPP) procuring accurate LT
• Chemical analysis based on historic consumption and establishing max and min reorder point.
• Receive supplier’s invoices, collaborate in process of opportunely payment to suppliers.
• Optimize order management process to ensure effective communication with suppliers.
• Support Accounts Payable in resolving invoice discrepancies.
