As a research assistant I had my first taste of guiding a project to where it needed to go. I learned how to make lists of the criteria for the project and how to effectively follow through with my promises of completion. I started that position with no idea of where to begin except I had heard about the term "web scraping" from those google searches I began my journey to learn how to manipulate data, code with python and deliver on the project before the deadline arrived. I had to leave this position due to my going abroad for a couple months, but this experience has had a lasting impact on how I learn and my career goals.French: Language learning has been a passion of mine since I was 14 years old. The ability to communicate with different language speakers is a high-valuable skill that can increase a company's global reach. I am proud to say that I speak multiple languages as they are what connect me to the world and I can't wait to learn more languages in the future.
