I have over 15 years of supervisor/manager experience. In this 15 years, positions have been held in the event planning, retail, distribution, and hospitality industry. Through those jobs I have been extremely fortunate to work with a diverse workforce. I have been responsible for driving sales, implementation of new processes, and creating plans to achieve company goals. My most rewarding result of my management positions has been working with people. There is nothing more rewarding than bringing a group of people together from various backgrounds and laying out a framework to collaborate in order to exceed goals and achieving those results. My passion as a manager is to listen to opportunities from associates and working with them in order to turn that opportunity into a positive experience.
