I am honored to be working in the Digital Media Department here at Santa Fe College. I teach Digital Media Survey and Digital Media Production in the A.S. program and in B.A.S program my courses include Digital Cinema Production, Advanced Cinematography, and the Thesis Production Capstone.

As a substitute in Pittsburgh Public Schools I have experienced many different grade levels and learning environments. However, my greatest successes were two full-time coverages. The first, I was asked to take over the Library Science position at Pittsburgh Science & Technology Academy; February through June 2014 I taught 8th grade Research methods, high school Psychology, and co-taught a 12th grade Executive Experience course in the Environment and Energy discipline of their STEM program. The second I was asked to take over a 6th grade Communications and Geography class for Pittsburgh Creative and Performing Arts School November 2014 through April 2015.

The job was basically a part-time videographer and editor for many events at Chatham University, such as recording mock interviews for graduate capstones or a lecture series on infant mental health for the psychology department.

The position consisted of logging and capturing footage, as well as taking scene notes for the feature length film "Karaoke King."
