Currently working as a business support consultant with the Royal Commission for AlUla's (RCU) Culture Sector Department (in Saudi Arabia).Providing support to RCU Culture Sector VP on strategic decisions, contributing to the enhancement of operational efficiency and fostering the overall success and advancement of the Culture Sector, a portfolio of mega arts, culture and heritage projects including 30+ key cultural assets (e.g., museums, art galleries, collection facilities, community hubs).

Contributed to the process design for Historical Port City of İzmir Site Management Plan, stakeholder analyses and participatory planning strategy and coordinated procurement processes for technical consultancy on UNESCO nomination and upstream processes

Monitored the implementation and procurement processes of various projects supported under financial support programs by the Agency.

- City Branding and Promotion: Initiated and implemented various promotion activities, events, fairs; organized awareness-raising and digital marketing campaigns; represented İzmir as a destination at international events and exhibitions.- Strategy Development: Coordinated the preparation process for İzmir Destination Management Strategy and provided field expertise and desk research for the Destination Management Guide for Development Agencies in Turkey

- Strategy Development: Coordinated procurement process and preparation of İzmir Investment Promotion Strategy and Action Plan and took part in its implementation.- Investor Support: Assisted potential investors as a key account manager, provided detailed consultancy for initial investment processes.- Investment Promotion: Organized various investment promotion events; developed networks between public authorities and MNEs and prepared policy papers for improvement of the local investment environment.

- Regional Policy Planning: Designed the governance mechanism, participatory planning, and analysis processes for the 2014-2023 İzmir Regional Development Plan; coordination for the development of spatial schemes, operational programs agenda and various socio-economic, institutional and spatial analyses.- Strategy Development: Coordinated the procurement processes and preparation of the İzmir Clustering Strategy and İzmir Entrepreneurship Strategy in cooperation with the key stakeholders in the İzmir Region.- Project and Program Development: Coordinated and monitored the preparation processes of the first two major guided projects of the Agency and provided assistance for the project evaluation phase of various financial support programs.- Project Management: Managed application and implementation processes of the first EU Project (Cluster Excellence Network for Training and Mobility) of the Agency, supported under the European Union Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Program (CIP).

- Research and Policy Development: Prepared policy briefs and reaction papers in line with the research interests of TEPAV; conducted surveys and interviews, organized national and international meetings, provided consultancy to public institutions mainly on regional development and public administration reforms.- Coordination and Organization: Organized annual Regional Development and Governance Symposiums (from 2006 to 2009) and took part in the design of annual Anti-Corruption Conferences (2006-2008); planned and managed networking events for local and regional development institutions, aiming to orchestrate civil society engagement and contribution to policy development for regional development.- Short Term Expert: Conducted In-depth interviews, research, literature review and preparation of an extensive baseline analysis and policy recommendations report on social service provision, within the scope of two EU technical assistance projects: “Support to the Solution of Economic and Social Integration Problems in Ankara, İstanbul, İzmir and Bursa as Major In-Migrant Destinations Project (IGEP)” and “Economic and Social Integration Project in Major In-Migrant Destinations (Diyarbakır, Şanlıurfa, Erzurum, and Gaziantep) (EKOSEP)”- Project Management: Took part in the preparation of a policy proposal report (A Proposal for the Governance of Cluster Policy in Turkey) as a part of the “Technical Assistance to Development of a Clustering Policy for Turkey” EU Project.
