Established concept of operations and service level agreement with CSC for continued back office services (Deltek, Accounting, Compliance, HRIS, etc.) Maintained continuity of operations throughout business structure changes.

Air & Missile National Defense (AMND) Business AreaAppointed as acting F&A Director to provide financial leadership/direction & to manage financial operations of over $400 million business area. -Responsible for monthly & annual financial execution of over 200 government contracts including revenue and operating income, billing and cash collections -Provide matrix management of contracts, subcontracts, accounting, AR, cash collections, and AP to ensure all financial and compliance aspects of contracts are achieved -Manage cost volume and pricing activities associated with $3 billion of 3 year new business pipeline.

National & Defense Programs (NDP)Managed and organized financial aspects of business unit including monthly close operations, implementation of CSC policies and procedures and ensuring the overall financial health of approximately 50 contracts. Business unit grew from $40 million to $103 million through assimilation of similar work and capabilities.

Office of Budget and Treasury -Assisted in planning and development of fiscal year budgets; -Monitored and analyzed NPR’s quarterly budget and was responsible for developing major components of NPR’s FY02 ($101 million) and FY03 ($107 million) budgets-Performed salary analysis, developed a model to determine the results of the various alternatives in making compensation decisions and adjustments-Modernized methods of collecting and reviewing data from budget managers with introduction of automated tools (e.g. Active Planner, Crystal Reports); provided training and on-going support to budget managers in use of application and reporting tools; recommended improvements to the overall process and to the software tools
