By taking a holistic approach to funding and analysing the costs across the whole life of a fleet, I give clients a clear picture of their true running costs. This included the roll out of a new mileage logging platform, production of a comprehensive super user training programme and detailed user guide for whole life cost policy methodology and continued development of the Salary Sacrifice product.I also utilised taxation and finance knowledge in the role of manager of the analyst team who were responsible for ECO reconciliation and funding analysis.
