- Reports directly to the Sales Director, - Manages a team of ~60 sales professionals, 6-9 Assistant Sales Managers and 40-60 Sales Representatives,- Responsible for tracking and evaluating monthly and quarterly performance of teams in order to achieve monthly targets- Tracks daily appointments and activities of teams, - Supports development of Assistant Sales Managers and supervises their assessment process,- Manages key accounts and chain sales project with reputable national and international companies,- Responsible for recruiting of sales representatives and assistant sales managers in coordination with HR Department- Responsible for management of branch office, with regards to budgeting, expenses and administrative affairs

- Manages and coaches a sales team consisting of 4 to 10 sales representatives by directing and supporting them to achieve their monthly targets- Manages “The Door Knocking Sessions” and reports daily results to the sales manager- Manages key accounts and chain sales project with reputable national and international companies,- Assesses monthly and quarterly performance of sales representatives and manages their promotion process

- Manages and coaches a sales team consisting of 4 sales representatives by directing and supporting them to achieve their monthly targets- Accompanies sales representatives in the field during sales appointments and gives them feedback regarding their sales presentation to customers- Reports daily activities to assistant sales manager

- Represents the Company at the highest level while maintaining the commitment to improve customer portfolio- Fulfills individual sales targets by carrying out marketing activities and managing existing customer portfolio
