Victor Udeozor is passionate about youth development, community development and nation-building. Solving problems and creating innovative solutions fires Victor up. He combines creativity and innovation with a can-do attitude to initiatives that can be executed and measured for success.He has been a lecturer at Nottingham Trent University since 2014 and has a wealth of experience in teaching and pastoral care for students. Victor has a huge passion for sustainable energy and recently led a team of students to execute a project that uses recycled, simple and readily available materials to make light in Lagos Nigeria.Victor has big aspirations for sustainable energy in Africa and would like to connect with anyone with big aspirations too.Currently, he is the founder of Liter of Light Nigeria.Victor has knowledge and skills of web development but has not been able to pursue this interest. He has designed some websites and mobile application and hopes to develop these skills in the future.One more thing, Victor's philosophy is that effective leadership is about results. And those results must be visible, measurable and sustainable.Outside of work, Victor plays bass guitar and keyboard for his local church.
