CurrentAs Director of Administration and Relations, I am responsible for the management and cultivation of investor relations emphasizing on volunteer engagement to support and carry out the vision of Lancaster City Alliance. This position allows me to be ideally suited to execute the strategic vision and goals of Lancaster City Alliance as I lead the organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs and initiatives. With my background in business management and significant career experience, I oversee internal processes such as policies, benefits, technology, and budgeting. I volunteer my time as President of the Board of Trustees for La Academia Partnership Charter School.“Lancaster is rich with talented individuals who live, love and work in the City.
