Leveraged internal relationships to eliminate organizational silos ensuring alignment across the enterprise – positioned the firm to deal with the growth spike and maximize service level commitments, hitting record service levels.• Developed the foundational curriculum for a Workplace Mental Health Leadership certification program for all management employees in response to a recent Total Health Index Survey. The leadership program had direct and significant positive results – people managers demonstrated increased confidence with mental health related employee issues and grievances were reduced by 15% year-over-year.

Developed the Engineering Directors in the UK and New England and instituted best practices in the respective locations. Successfully drove the international expansion plans resulting in the deployment of Vancouver and Calgary Airport facilities as well as the $100 M GTA expansion.
