The leadership program had direct and significant positive results – people managers demonstrated increased confidence with mental health related employee issues and grievances were reduced by 15% year-over-year.

Defined and directed strategy for the deployment of $300 million in equipment and infrastructure for the launch of the new operational model enabling the reduction of 30% of the workforce through attrition in Southern Ontario. • Defined, developed and implemented a Postal Transformation Deployment Strategy - the highly successful project reduced the GTA Letter Carrier facilities from 85 to 40 that significantly reduced expenses and FTE’s.
