My responsibilities as a hotel rep included:- Giving welcome meetings with personalized tips and recommendations to give the guest the best experience on their holiday while achieving our sale targets.- Being responsible for helping guest with unpleasant events happening on their holiday.

My responsibilities as a Bike Tour Guide and Shop Manager included:- Leading engaging and informative bike tours in Dutch and English, providing historical context and fun anecdotes.- Giving personalized experiences and offering recommendations.- Managing bike shop operations including rentals, tour scheduling, providing customer service by answering questions through phone, chat and email.

Na vorig jaar mijn practicum te hebben gedaan bij Taal Doet Meer, waar ik vooral werkte aan de social media, mag ik me nu wederom aansluiten bij het team. Dit keer mag ik fulltime stage lopen op de marketing- en communicatieafdeling en ga ik me bezighouden met campagnes, de website en vele mooie projecten.
