Ottoo launched niche B2B e-commerce platforms for healthcare sector. As an e-commerce specialist, I am responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels. My duties include developing and implementing strategies to increase traffic and sales, conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, and collaborating with other departments to improve the overall customer experience. Additionally, I oversee the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns and manage our social media presence. Through these efforts, I am able to increase our company's online sales and improve our customer engagement.

As an e-commerce specialist, I am responsible for ensuring that our products are ready for sale on our e-commerce platforms. This includes performing visual checks on the products, correcting any product type or category information, and regularly checking the product information on the platform. I also manage the mapping of data between our master data and our e-commerce platform, ensuring that all products are properly represented on the platform and taking necessary actions when needed.In addition to managing the product data, I work closely with our SEO team to ensure that all necessary keywords and definitions are entered into our system, and that our editorial and blog content is properly created and managed. I am also responsible for preparing all product-related links and rankings of the banners to be published in order to enrich the content on our e-commerce platform.As a specialist, I keep myself updated with the latest innovations in my areas of responsibility, and actively seek out opportunities to improve our systems and processes.
