Culture for All operates nationally in the field of art and culture. Its objective is to offer information and support to cultural operators on questions connected with accessibility and diversity. The Culture for All Service collaborates in development work towards the inclusion of diverse audiences not only with art and cultural institutions but also with different audience groups.

I manage the Cultural Transformation Movement project, a key strategic project for TEH, and lead its consortium, a working group of our members who are ambitious to reduce inequalities and inspire the European cultural sector.I am in charge of developing TEH’s relationship with the academic sector to be updated on the relevant academic literature on democracy, social justice, spatial justice, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), and relevant issues.

A member of a curatorial team at #StopHatredNow platform. #StopHatredNow is an intercultural and anti-racist platform organised in collaboration with several art and intercultural organisations in Finland. The platform strives to create discourse and offers tools to create a more inclusive, diverse, and feminist art field; inclusivity, diversity, non-discrimination, accessibility, and social as well as ecological sustainability.

MiklagårdArts is an innovative platform, a facilitator and connector for promoting transnational and transcultural collaborations between Finland and the dynamic art scenes worldwide. I decided to start my own company in Helsinki to show a way forward for the Finnish arts and cultural field. I celebrate radical inclusion, equity and believe that inclusive working attitudes will foster cognitive diversity in the Finnish art scene. I want to help build a healthy and supportive society by cultivating understanding and compassion through the arts. MiklagårdArts stands for a structure where collaboration becomes a sustainable practice to produce large-scale collaborations. We create content to address the expectations of Helsinki's diverse population in collaboration with the established arts and cultural institutions.

A global community of academics, practitioners, and anyone interested in understanding experiences from different angles. We foster cross-disciplinary collaboration around experiences to make an impact in science and society.

Worked as one of the experts on the reading panel for 'Mobility of Artists and Cultural Workers'"Engaging with SWANA cultural agents in the EU” is a one-year project implemented by Culture Action Europe (CAE). The project aims at raising awareness about the specific circumstances of SWANA – South West Asia and North Africa – cultural agents residing in the European Union, with a particular focus on the (post) COVID-19 context; it also looks into strengthening collaboration between SWANA cultural professionals in Europe and their European peers.

Globe Art Point is an independent umbrella association, not-for-profit organisation to promote equality, equity, diversity and inclusion of foreign-born artists and cultural workers in Finland. Principal responsibilities: Advocacy strategy, lobbying, fundraising for the organisation.

The Ministry of Education and Culture appointed a working group on cultural policy, immigration and cultural diversity on 9 January 2020 to prepare proposals for cultural policy guidelines to develop the administrative branch in the near future. The term of the working group is from 9 January to 31 December 2020.The task of the working group is to prepare proposals for policies and measures by which cultural diversity and immigration are made visible and have an impact in cultural policy in line with demographic trends. The aim is to strengthen the social inclusion and participation of people of foreign origin through arts and culture in order to increase dialogue and understanding between different population groups.

During this time I conceptualised MiklagardArts’ start-up structure and future development by focusing on internationalisation, inclusiveness, innovation, bridge building and initiating new artistic expressions arising from creative clashes between cultures.

Festival Bytes is a blog initiated by the European Festivals Association (EFA), the Festival Network uniting festivals from all over Europe and beyond. Festival Bytes is a space for story-telling about festivals, a space to share the ideas of personalities from the festival and cultural sectors on the role of arts and culture in general and of festivals in particular. This blog invites and hosts bloggers: they make us think; they take us behind the scenes of their activities; they share their insights and expertise, exchange their ideas and visions, explore trends and best practices. The International Izmir Festival , organised by the Izmir Foundation for Culture, Arts and Education (IKSEV) - one of Turkey's most prominent art institutions- is the country's flagship art event. The Festival is a member of the European Festival Association (EFA).
