Distributing the requests for quotation to the related departments,Preparing and presenting the offers to the customer by working in coordination with the relevant departments such as engineering and quality and following the process,Supporting customers by dealing with their questions and complaints,Ensuring that orders are entered into the system by checking,Ensuring order tracking,Informing all relevant departments by making internal publication of the parts coming as new products,Organizing weekly new product meetings to check the latest status of new products whose delivery date is approaching and sharing the notes taken with the relevant people as reports,Checking the PPAP approvals (Part Submission Warrant‑PSW) of new products and contacting the customer for the approvals that are not received,Organizing a meeting to take the necessary actions by comparing the shipment and open order status on a yearly basis according to the annual quantities offered for new products,By managing the weekly shipment process, preparing the necessary documents such as packing list, shipping information, ATR for shipment and sharing the necessary details with the finance department for issuing invoices,Follow‑up of invoices in coordination with the finance department,Organizing an internal meeting for following of the changing costs and revision of customer part prices, presenting the decisions taken to the customer with their reasons,Providing fast and most suitable shipments such as airplanes, minivans and gross vans for urgent part demands of customers,Preparing the KPI data as a presentation by following it and taking action for the indicators below the target,Following customer special requests, and organizing customer meetings,Being responsible for managing OEM customers such as Tofaş, Ford Otosan, Mercedes‑Benz and Tier 1, Tier2 customer portals and similar responsibilities.

In the last year of my university, I started to work as an assistant in the Sales departmentfor the company i did my internship, and I had the opportunity to develop myself in this department by taking responsibility for OEM, Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers. In this process; I performed tasks such as managing customer portals, entering request for quotation into the system, forwarding requests to the engineering department, preparing offers, managing customer special requests, working in coordination with other departments and similar tasks.

During my compulsory internship period times 45 working days, I worked in the quality and production departments and experienced processes such as cold forging, thread rolling, heat treatment, secondary processes, coating, induction, sorting, quality control in the fasteners sector. I had the opportunity to learn about the IATF 16949 quality management standard, which frames the global specific technical requirements for the automotive industry.During this time, I was in the preparation process for the IATF 16949 audit and took an active role in the process. At the same time, I took an active role in the quality and production departments and had the opportunity to closely follow and learn the processes here.
