Operating under the Chief Science Officer, tasked with management and coordination of the 12 Data Teams operating in ICS in response to COVID-19. Created the infrastructure to track changes to reports and data products in response to changing needs during the pandemic. Revised scientific reports to be published to the general public related to COVID-19. Streamlined Los Angeles Public Health’s Data Use Agreement in collaboration with the Chief Epidemiologist to reduce the length of time needed to establish research-related partnerships with academic institutions.

Main responsibilities include Zika outbreak preparedness planning, Zika disease investigation, US Zika Pregnancy Registry management, vector-borne disease response, & communicable disease outbreak response. Additional disease investigation support includes hepatitis B case management and measles exposure contact interviewing.Field Experience: Hepatitis A vaccine clinics in response to San Diego's Hep A outbreak. Outreach experience largely working with the homeless population of Orange County.
