One of my passions is events and it is one of my core functions in this position. I have had the responsibility for all customer events and exhibitions. Given opportunities to grow my capabilities to also focus on ENGINE (Intranet), Clue (collaborative blog), website (South Africa) and most recently Social Media for Endress+Hauser South Africa. Another passion that grew in my time at Endress+Hauser is corporate identity and its importance. I have been able to apply this knowledge through the giveaways I source to training the brand ambassadors of Endress+Hauser South Africa as to how this works and affects them.

This position gave me experience in the property and legal industry, which was a great learning opportunity. I also got to do all the training events, assist on audits and marketing material.

The main aim of this position was marketing. I got to grow in many aspects as the exposure was so vast. I trained the Sales people on products, work on the product and sales strategy as well as design the product catalogue and other marketing collateral.

This was an incredible experience that taught me so many life lessons. Exposure to many different cultures was a chance to grow as a person and gain better understanding for those around me.

My first job in the corporate world with exposure to instrumentation and marketing. And I loved it.My responsibilities was from quotes to events to marketing collateral. As part of a small marketing team you got exposure to all facets of marketing. This was great for learning and expanding my knowledge.
