Project Management: - Group BI reports development for Demand and Supply - building the template for new reports, assessing existing reports, delivering the reports to Orange countries- SPIC project (Supplier Platform for Innovative Collaboration) SaaS platform deployment in Poland. - Prepare base business forecast for all 12 Modern Trade customers for the entire portfolio, integrating marketing trends, customer events, new product launches and delisted products, pricing changes, seasonality, working with other functions involved in the S&OP process such as Key Account Managers, Marketing, Finance, Sales Analysis, Trade Marketing, Replenishment.- Agree and align on final forecast by Category/Brand/Segment with Key Account Managers for each customer for base business and promotions. Centralize risks and opportunities for coming months for each Modern Trade customer.- Aggregate forecast by customer to total Modern Trade channel and align with Modern Trade Manager on final forecast numbers. - Prepare analysis and reports for FROG Meeting, Country Demand Meeting and Regional Demand Meeting- Discuss and explain forecast and variations vs previous month and vs target to country Board of Management for Modern Trade Channel by category. - KPI tracking and improvement as well as continuous forecasting process improvement and optimization

- Coordinating and developing all the activities related to Product Supply (both Planning and Replenishment), - Testing, preparing and implementing business change action plans and impact assessment related to Supply Chain Planning within the organization, working and collaborating with all other functions involved, reviewing and updating internal procedures. - Traveled and worked with regional and local teams from more than 15 countries for system building, development and testing as well as for Business Change action plans development in Dubai, Vienna, Warsaw, Bratislava and Bucharest. - Responsible for preparation of training materials and training the end-users in Product Supply. Held 10 training sessions (more than 40 hours). - System went live in April 2013 - hypercare period ended at the end of June.
