My responsibilities as a F&B Trainee within the Bloomsbury Hotel have included: - assisting F&B supervisors and managers during service and ensuring the company's high standards towards customer satisfaction are being met.- handling enquiry phone calls, providing information to in-house guests and potential guests, booking restaurant reservations. - assisting the organisation of various events within the F&B departments. - offering support and On-The-Job Training to new employees of the F&B department.- handling payments, writing documents and reports for the F&B manager about sales during service times (e.g. breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.)

Main responsibilities: Coffee preparation and assisting other front of house employees. Booking reservations. Inventory checking.

Main responsibilities: Receive orders from company’s partners and customers; planning part of the national delivery program and to participate to monthly inventory checking.
