Yoshida Qlik owns the largest Portuguese YouTube channel for Qlik Sense, globally recognized. Specializing in Business Intelligence Consulting, I lead projects for small to large companies, emphasizing Qlik Sense. My role involves end-to-end development, integrating with databases, and proposing effective solutions for enhanced data analysis and control.

Vinhedo - Sp

In Qlik Sense, developed dashboards for sales, costs, expenses, and inventory, ensuring seamless integration with SQL Server. Developed a PowerApps application for company-wide processes, managing databases and objects in SQL Server. Established and optimized administrative processes, including operations management and cash flow. In the past, managed people, delegated functions, and contributed to final company decisions, roles that are currently played by my wife and her partner.

Brasil

I oversee the Qlik systems at Cinemark Brasil, focusing on Qlik Sense and NPrinting in their respective nodes/servers. My role involves end-to-end development, encompassing architecture, data modeling, and deployment of near real-time Qlik applications. I also collaborate with self-service BI analysts for tailored dashboards and advanced set analysis expressions, optimizing data interpretation. In this role, I have been fundamental in creating efficient Qlik server processes and achieving significant performance gains through best practices and code refactoring. Over this period at the company, Qlik users’ total session time has increased 8x, while total load time has only increased 3.5x.

Atibaia (Sp)

Developed contribution-margin management reports and budget-related dashboards in Qlik Sense, supporting senior management decision-making. Managed demands from various sectors. Played a key role as Cost and Budget Keyuser in critical company initiatives, including the implementation of the first distribution center and the incorporation of a company. Led significant improvements resulting in a 23% reduction in operational staff within the Controllership team.

Jundiaí (Sp)

Monitored daily productive costs through SAP CO, comparing planned versus actual costs. Provided weekly operational margin reports to the board and projected monthly and annual results based on production volumes. Conducted return on investment analysis, presented Breakeven Point x Production, and analyzed exchange rate impacts on raw material costs. Executed monthly SAP cost closing, calculated selling prices, and established KPIs. As a key user, contributed to the creation of managerial tools, reducing time spent on activities and organizing information for new IT developments.

I managed cost base updates for selling price formation. Utilizing VBA codes, I reduced routine activity time by up to 90%. Created Breakdown sheets and financial compensation tables using data analysis and Solver. Posted relevant information in the Budget and conducted result comparisons. Consolidated various sheets across units for overall results and crafted new Excel managerial tools, transforming random data into decision-making information.

Managed receivable and payable accounts, negotiating discounts, interests, and time extensions. Conducted daily bank reconciliation, monitored defaulters, and managed daily cash flow movements and closing. Issued invoices and billets using RM Sistemas (TOTVS).
