Main responsibilities were, • setting up Goofyfoot Holidays division, dedicated to providing watersports holidays in Sri Lanka.• designing the holiday tours, overseeing all marketing and communication tasks: website, brochures, presentations, videos• establishing partnerships with main island hotels, water sports centers and all other logistical requirements.• in charge of the Goofyfoot Store (Rip Curl & Quiksilver retailer) operations: imports, manufacturing, sales, promotions, events.

Main responsibilities were, • setting together with the team in US the objectives and goals for the centre, teams and individuals and running periodical evaluations• continuously assessing the work procedures of the centre, designing a plan to improve them and coordinating the implementation of the plan• defining and implementing quality standards for the projects delivered by the teams• training and coaching the team managers to run their teams and increase efficiency and productivity • overseeing recruitment and integration of new people in the teams

Support work for the Management Team and the Board of Directors, providing data analysis and presentation in decision making processes. Also responsible for the organisation's communication and dissemination efforts.Main responsibilities were,• developing and updating of the Quality Management System and of the Management Information System based on the EFQM Excellence Model• analising the company’s performance (financially, productivity, client satisfaction, operational balance) and presenting results to management and board of directors• publishing and disseminating CEPA’s research and studies (more than 20 books were launched)• developing and updating of CEPA website and other IS issues

Project Manager in the Project Management Department: main responsibilities were,• managing the successful delivery of 30 software development projects or e-business solutions for many of the Sri Lankan blue chip companies• running system analysis studies in complex organizational structures to assess the company workflows and processes• maintaining high quality customer relationships with a portfolio of about 50 clients• coordinating multiple production teams to ensure the clients’ needs are met in specified time and the quality expectations are exceeded.

Member of the Human Resources Department: main responsibilities were, • improving and delivering an Employee Satisfaction Survey• implementing an HR instrument designated to provide to the managers of the bank feedback from their superiors, other peers and their team members called “360º Feedback”• recruiting and integrating in the bank 20 student trainees • negotiating corporate fees with leisure companies as part of the employee benefits package • preparing team building training courses

Leading the local chapter from Bucharest: main responsibilities were,• President of the Executive Board• conducting an organisational redesign process in collaboration with Procter & Gamble’s strategic planning coordinator• conducting efficiency improvement development programs, training courses and coaching sessions with members.• developing and maintaining business relationships with major partners (Procter & Gamble, ING Nederlanden, Andersen, CISCO Systems, MAERSK, Lafarge Romcim)
