Lead a team of cross functional experts on Security, Application Developer and Account Management professional in putting together a standard P2P (Person to person fund transfer) for mobile payment service. Also implemented an e-Cheque issuing and hosting service and the first and only local TSM (Trusted Service Manager) to provide over the air provisioning of highly secure credential for proximity mobile contactless payment infrastructure for banks in Hong Kong and Macau.

Managed technology development and implementation for HSBC, a Global Key Account (GKA) of MasterCard Worldwide, for the Asia Pacific region

Managed the business of the Eastern China region for MasterCard

Managed the debit card services and advance technology (virtual card, SecureCode, EMV chip card, etc.) development and implementation for MasterCard Hong Kong, Macau and Southern China.
