Carlo encourages young people to be curious about the world outside of their own - and be brave to explore it. An advocate for study abroad, student mobility and campus internationalization, Carlo's passion in international education and cultural exchange led him to consulting student travel programs. Carlo's expertise evolves around education abroad, program management, community engagement, customer acquisition and marketing development.He currently serves at the NAFSA X Leadership as Marketing and Development Designate, Volunteer Advocate for Study Abroad Day and are involved in his heritage community in New York City.He is the Founder and Director of Spark Initiative: a social initiative project promoting a sustainable, inclusive and quality education for all. Spark focuses in collaborating programs that supports marginalized school communities in rural Philippines.
