Heading up a two-person team responsible for all materials which are produced by this small and busy creative studio. Solely responsible for all IT in the company, setting up and supporting machines and users in an Apple Macintosh environment.Duties:· Responsible for all aspects of print production on an array of prestigious Annual Reports for blue-chip financial industry clients based in Bermuda, the U.S. and the U.K. High-end photographic retouching and manipulation, setup of artwork files, text lay-in and manipulation, colour correction and shepherding of print jobs through all processes on-press.· Day-to-day production of high quality print advertising for Bermuda-based and international clients. Re-sizing to specifications, adherence to brand guidelines, quality control and design amends where necessary.· Producing finished artwork from designers' visuals across a variety of formats and disciplines ­ large format print, signage, packaging, brochures, posters, applied vinyls, POS, Gift & promotional items etc.· IT Manager for all hardware and software issues on-site. Responsible for around twenty Apple Macintosh workstations, three servers, an ethernet network, two high-end proofing printers, four B&W laser printers and a wireless Airport network. Also maintain PCs with Windows 7, Vista and XP. Prepare and maintain an effective backup plan which secures company data and keeps reference archives for future use. All software researching, recommending, purchasing and installing, maintenance and updating thereof.· Extensive contacts with all major and minor suppliers on-island. Liaising with printers, photographers, Image libraries, sign-makers, stockists, specialist technologists and others.· Responsible for all pitch presentation production for the company. Brand guardian for RBK. Maintain and archive credential materials for use in presentations.

In charge of a small artworking and production team overseeing the output of all work progressing through the studio. Rose to Head of Production after a successful period as Senior Creative Artworker.Duties:· Taking and interpreting production briefs from designers and/or account handlers, trafficking through the production process.· Producing finished artwork from design visuals across a variety of formats and disciplines -- Large format print, signage, packaging, brochures, posters, applied vinyls, POS, Gift & promotional items etc.· Liaising with printers (litho and digital), scanning teams, photographers and other suppliers to achieve quality finished artwork.· Providing knowledge centre for the whole studio on all artworking matters, aiding designers with document set-ups, software questions and other technical matters.· "First line" technical support on all software / mac / server / printer / PDF / eMail issues. Liaison with IT department on all technical issues and provided recommendations on software / hardware, testing thereof, roll-outs and installs etc.· Recruiting of team members to production department and managing thereof.· Managing of small pool of favoured freelance artworkers and production staff, both privately acquired and found through creative agencies.· Liaising with clients on all matters relating to their jobs.· Brand guardian for Conran Design Group, charged with maintaining consistent look and feel across all communications. Involved setting up masters for printed presentations, case studies, PowerPoint slides, PDF presentations and policing thereafter. Also overseeing production of company stationery and all client facing communications.

Responsible for all artwork produced by the studio.
