Chester brings more than 5 years of multidisciplinary experience in development work, project management, and professional post-production. He is currently training as a Renewable Energy Ambassador under the REBOOT Program of Friedrich-Ebert Stiftung (FES). He is engaged with the Asia-Pacific Youth Exchange in Vietnam, the Alliance for Responsive Involvement and Student Empowerment (UP ARISE), and the UN Office of South-South Cooperation.He is also currently a Junior Video Editor at Video Husky, a US-based startup where different people from content creators to marketing agencies, can outsource all their post-production activities. Previously part of the Center for Renewable Energy and Sustainable Technologies (CREST), he supported the research of Community-Based Renewable Energy Systems, empowering rural off-grid communities and local community youth.He was part of the Philippine Batteries Inc. (Motolite) Manufacturing Technology Research section, leading projects to increase plant efficiency and productivity through different strategies such as quality monitoring, varying equipment variables, and facilitation of experiments.
