I implemented stricter formats for the survey and registration, by the engineers of the physical-financial progress of the construction works (our clients worked with PEMEX on oil-platform projects mainly), to have greater control over the dispersions requested by the clients. 500 Million Pesos were recovered by successfully executing this strategy.

I negotiated with the main consumer goods and food manufacturer to finance a market study at the national level, giving this manufacturer preference in the Share of Market. Based on the study, I implemented regionalization of skus, modification of counts and transfers between stores.- Reduced inventory days from 56 to 28 (50%). I made a logistics proposal (without any impact on the supply chain) to the main suppliers of each category, consisting of delivering in beds instead of pallets to reduce vendor-packs. This in turn reduced delivery times (-10%), returns (-25%) and discontinuations (-30%) and raised the Fill-Rate of suppliers by 5% on average.- Increased In-stock indicators between 1% and 6%. By giving daily maintenance to the replenishment system, running daily reports of sales and timing, I automated 100% effective order suggestions, achieving that the In-Stock in my categories was 98.5% on average. I was recognized as “Best Replenisher of the Month” in an average of 6 times out of every 10 months. -
