Representative Engagements:• I led a project to overhaul an internal production services group for a Global Pharmaceutical company. My primary responsibilities were to understand the needs and focus of leadership, and oversee the development of detailed process documentation for both the as-is and to-be states for every channel and service provided by the team of 300 offshore partner marketers. As well as developing the operating model, we created the gap analysis and resulting target operating model necessary to progress the department towards their future state vision.• I served as Deployment Strategy Lead of a key corporate initiative, overhauling how the client engages and supports Health Care Providers as they improve patient care. I worked alongside the PMO Lead to collectively qualify risks and update on mitigation resolution activities. Success required balancing the tactical ownership of RAID logs and Board project updates with the strategic review of Programme alignment to other Corporate initiatives. I effectively engaged with both Programme and Market leaders to ensure teams had a plan that recognized the previous ways of working and paved the way to take on the future.• I served as Project Lead over a cross functional team to develop an operational target operating model and associated roadmap for the Reverse Logistics process at a leading UK broad line retailer. In this effort with 7 team members, we provided expert analysis and strategy design for a complex Omni-channel operation. The project was designed to quickly assess and develop a plan to carry their existing process into a future integrated one which aligns with other ongoing projects. It required leading teams across the business through focused workshops and connecting the client’s vision with my industry expertise.

Representative Engagements:• I was the Tactical Lead over a large capital merchandising reset for his client’s Flooring Department. This $50M spend, six month roll out across 400 U.S. stores enabled his client to restructure how they engage, serve and sell to their customers in store. Primary responsibilities included the tactical execution support and general management needed to ensure all stages of the resets were coordinated between multiple internal departments and external vendors. The project required accurate and dynamic project management with a myriad of changing priorities and needs. • I served as Deployment lead for a large scale software and hardware implementation for client’s IT service department. My primary responsibilities were to coordinate testing and development for third party vendors, managing business and IT client leadership as well as developing training for the 1,000 field users. This technology allowed for the company, employees and their clients to communicate real time about the critical work to repair and triage the machines used across the country to dispense their products for all consumers.

I assisted domestic and international clients exclusively in the retail sector with Workforce Management, Store Execution, Merchandising/Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and HQ Effectiveness.
