Consultant project manager engineer at the Department of Aquaculture: general management and assignment distribution, schedule organization, economic and financial evaluation, analysis of variables in fisheries systems (water parameters, food quality, growth stages).

I was the project manager for improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of thewinerie´s bottling production process. I was in charge of analysis of plant efficiency, designand improvement of processes and indicators, control and data analysis, administration of information, coordinator of improvement groups (5 groups of 10 people each).
