Managed a consolidated consulting and in-house team of 15 people.

Directly supervised 35 information technology professionals, which supported execution, clearing, and custody services in 28 international markets. Revitalized the organization by creating a stable, adaptive, and business-focused unit. Established an environment for change by re-configuring communication norms, building a shared sense of urgency, nurturing team-wide buy in, empowering individuals, and establishing short term wins. Significant and measurable accomplishments included:- Increased system uptime from 91% to 99.993%.- Changed the culture and improved morale of the IT group, reducing annual turnover 15% to 2%.

Developed and brought to life a startup business providing an online white label trading application to small and medium sized financial institutions globally. Raised $6M in seed capital, hired the core team, and negotiated critical technology and service contracts. Built the organization into a 48 person team with development, operations, customer service, and sales professionals. Integrated 23 exchanges across 18 countries.
