Recent graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, IN with degrees in Media Management, Law, and Policy and Public Relations in the Media School as well as a certificate in Liberal Arts and Management from the Kelley School of Business. Passionate about the Sport, Entertainment and Media landscapes and the symbiotic interactions between the spaces as well as their respective stakeholders and audiences. Fortunate to have spent time working in the Media Relations and Public Relations departments for Major League Baseball’s Chicago Cubs and Chicago White Sox where I was able to combine my media-centric and traditional business educational experiences to work on dynamic teams exploring fan engagement, community relationships, corporate partnerships, intellectual property protection, brand development, strategic initiatives, social media strategy, special events and franchise perception & visibility.Additionally honored to be involved in engagement and fundraising efforts for the Indiana University Dance Marathon in support of research and treatment for infectious disease at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, IN as the Director of Corporate Relations. In this role was fortunate to work collaboratively with 22 other student leaders on the executive council to raise over $3 million for Riley in FY 2023. Grateful to have contributed to these efforts through the managing of a 60+ person team of student volunteers as well as a portfolio of over 100 national supporting businesses to create over $300,000 in sponsorship revenue through strategic relationships with Indiana University Athletics and the offering of exclusive naming and media rights opportunities for organizational in-person events.While I'll be the first to admit that my ability to write and communicate are the crux of my skillset, my educational and professional background has allowed me to diversify and expand my abilities as it relates to data analysis, graphic design and project management. I can demonstrate these skillsets through the sufficient use of programs and software such as: Microsoft Excel (as well as the entire Microsoft Office Suite), SQL, VBA, Adobe InDesign (as well as the entire Adobe Creative Suite), Project Management software such as Monday, Smartsheet, and Wrike among others and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
