Additionally, I lead a support team ensuring the smooth functioning of developed solutions while also serving as the lead architect and designer for the company's principal SaaS LIS (Lab Information System) product suite. I am responsible for overseeing all operations across multiple cloud-based and physical data centers, ensuring optimal performance and security. In my consulting firm, I excelled in managing client relationships across diverse industries such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Insurance, Automotive, and Finance. My primary focus was on developing bespoke software and web-based solutions tailored to meet each client's unique needs. Additionally, I adeptly managed both virtual and physical data centers, providing ongoing support for the solutions deployed. Leading internal teams and overseeing external vendor relationships were also integral aspects of my role, ensuring seamless project execution. This required proficiency in a variety of technologies including Java, Python, PHP, C#, .NET, Oracle, Jasper, SQL, as well as cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, I delivered innovative solutions that drove digital transformation for clients.

In this role, I played pivotal roles in integrating existing software systems into larger corporate frameworks post-acquisition by Centene Corporation. As lead developer, I spearheaded the creation of applications to oversee the management of Arkansas' ARHealthNetworks insurance and benefit program. Additionally, I developed a software system aimed at optimizing workflow processes within the company, encompassing health claim processing, auditing, and metric reporting. As the lead project manager, I oversaw the development of a cross-platform dynamic insurance claim image generator to facilitate digital transformation efforts. Alongside these responsibilities, I served as the Linux systems administrator, ensuring the smooth operation of the company's Linux-based systems.

I led a multifaceted team consisting of developers, testers, and user experience experts, overseeing various projects aimed at enhancing the company's systems and processes. This included spearheading the re-engineering of the external customer registration system, serving as both program manager and lead developer. Additionally, I led initiatives to streamline billing procedures, optimize customer data management, and integrate SourceForge Enterprise into daily operations. I also successfully led a project focused on standardizing the team's development processes, ensuring greater efficiency and consistency.

As the lead developer, I spearheaded the creation of a mail merge product integrated with the company's main product suite, this facilitated advanced document creation capabilities for users. Additionally, I led the development of a solution for a financial institution to automate the transformation of tax data into various tax forms for their clients. I also undertook responsibility for building, overseeing, and maintaining both internal and external web-based tools. I also served as the administrator for the company's web and mail systems.
