Develop and implement Security and Emergency Management Policy and Procedures on behalf of the Center that includes the management of the Incident Command Team.Responsible for scheduling and conducting training and annual exercises that include but are not limited to Emergency Evacuations, Active Shooter, Shelter in Place, Fire Alarm System tests and Human Trafficking.Conduct threat or vulnerability analysis to determine probable frequency, criticality, consequence, or severity of natural or man-made disasters or criminal activity on the organization's profitability or delivery of products or services; recommends appropriate action plans as needed, working closely with all Tampa Convention Center divisions impacted as well as Risk Management for emergency response initiatives.Implement Emergency Preparedness Protocols throughout the organization, submitting damage assessments through FEMA or any other federal reporting entity.
