Current•Expanded on the role and duties of the Associate Auto Adjuster Role• Provide professional customer service to the insureds, agents, and repair shops by fielding calls, emails, and teams messaging regarding auto claims questions and concerns.• Investigate, mediate, and resolve claims in accordance with company policy and procedures, business expectations, and jurisdictional requirements.• Facilitate and maintain over 100+ Auto Property Damage and Commercial Auto claims, by monitoring and supporting the claims process to resolution.• Partner with management and team members to better facilitate and conduct timely liability investigations.
