About Christine Flanigan

I am currently an Implementation Manager at an insurance brokerage and HR outsourcing firm. In that role, I manage new account onboarding and annual insurance renewals, as well as integrations with insurance carriers and payroll providers. Working at a small firm, I am accustomed to wearing many hats and working with individuals across a variety of industries—on any given day I may switch from helping a factory worker with a claim, to enrolling a new hire at a software development company, to working with a CEO on streamlining processes.I’m the type of employee who pays attention to processes and looks for ways to improve efficiency. I’m used to being assigned a task with minimal instruction and figuring things out on my own, but I also bond easily with my coworkers and enjoy working on team projects.I’m currently looking for remote work while I prepare to relocate, and I’m eager to put my skills to use for a worthy cause!
