Lead Wink with full P&L responsibility with CTO, VP Design, VP BD, VP Marketing as direct reports. Launched Wink in July 2014 with 15 device partnerships including GE and four other Fortune 500 companies, as well as national distribution agreements with Home Depot and Amazon. Helped to build out 70+ rep customer service center in Schnectady NY, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 SLA's for all of Wink's platform partners. Scaled Wink to the largest DIY smart home platform on the market. Speaker: Voice and the connected home; BLE and the connected home.

During my time at a16z I held every hat possible at a venture fund. From participation in advisory board meetings and working with our portfolio companies, to developing/leading the investment process for the Firm and driving the engagement of its operating platform. I was also the lead on all engagements with seed companies and helped build a number of internal systems and tools utilized by the entire Firm. Joined when a16z was ~20 individuals and it grew to 100+ by the time I left.

Helped drive the initial launch of SVB's mezzanine debt offering by leading its cap table/financial modeling approach.

Performed due diligence, financial modeling and calculation of exit returns which lead to the execution of over $100 million worth of venture debt financing to early and growth stage software companies.Strong knowledge of the fundamentals behind the SaaS, Cloud Computing, Online Advertising, and Consumer Internet sectors among others.
