In my latest role as Lead UX Researcher at Meta for the Automation/ML/Foundations teams, I have been instrumental in spearheading impactful projects that have transformed the way we approach user experiences.• Drove a successful dogfooding program for 2 cutting-edge VR experiences, overseeing the entire process from AX testing to candidate recruiting and managing program operations. This initiative resulted in valuable insights and improvements to enhance the user experience.• Led the end-to-end creation of a comprehensive quantitative research plan to evaluate an ML model for recruiting. By delivering insightful findings, we validated, trained, and launched a new ML model for sourcing, reimagining our recruiting capabilities.• Orchestrated a large-scale mixed methods research project in collaboration with 2 additional researchers to identify opportunities for scaling and enhancing interactions between Hiring Managers and Meta's hiring products. As a result, we successfully launched 5 new products and established a solid foundation for a newly formed Engineering team.• Pioneered foundational research employing a mixed methods approach to drive the automation of interviewer training, streamlining and enhancing the efficiency of the process.• Conducted foundational research to launch and measure impact of a design system to elevate the quality and consistency of user experiences across Meta Enterprise products.
