Liaises with the development teams and acts as lead internal contact for initiatives in development with tracking / analytics or data collection component including Adobe Analytics, comScore and Krux DMP.Consults on and oversees implementation as well as conducts QA activities on premium brands including: Global Television, W Network, OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network Canada, HGTV Canada, Food Network Canada, HISTORY®, and Showcase.Assists in the administration of Adobe Analytics for websites and apps including: generating reporting specifications, configuring report suites, and setting up processing rules.Provides ad-hoc insights, analysis and reporting to Sales, Content and Marketing teams that support revenue generation and data-driven decision making.Helps develop and automate report templates and dashboards, as well as helps shape a stakeholder-focused reporting strategy. Tools Used: Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Adobe Ad Hoc (Discovery), Adobe Report Builder, MicroStrategy, comScore, Charles, Fiddler, Pulse Debugger, Confluence and JIRA.
