I am the founder and Managing Partner at TaraPaige Group, a leading business advisor for multi-unit and expanding enterprises, where we provided full-service CFO services, operational and financial management solutions for clients in the hospitality industry. As the Director of Hospitality, Cafes at Capital One, I oversaw the operations, strategy, and financial performance of over 50 cafes across the US and during my time structured a new food and beverage program and contract.
