CINDY FOLMER has been in the Human Resources field since 1993. She graduated with her business degree from Golden Gate University and has certifications through HRCI – Professional – Human Resources and SHRM – Certified Professional – Human Resources. Cindy’s Human Resources career started with writing policies and processes, evolved into being a Benefits Specialist and moved to creating Human Resources Departments for small companies. Cindy joined L'Oreal USA in 2015 as an Human Resources Business Partner supporting four departments in all aspects of Human Resources, specifically in areas involving employee relations, coaching and developing management team members. Cindy has also been leading a team of HR professionals in creating and implementing standardized policies for North Americas Operations since 2016. She transitioned to the position of Director - Learning - Physical Distribution where she continued to bring standardization to L'Oreal USA through the the implementation of policies, creating a skills development program for next level managers, and culture transformation. Cindy has recently taken the position of Sr. Human Resources Business Partner in L'Oreal's Cranbury location where she will focus on building a culture of engagement, development of management and partnering with other sites to continue the standardization of the Distribution Centers.
