Lead a team of 20+ developers, administrators, and architects. Provided overall development project leadership including team and individual roles as well as project road map and planning. Key components in the overall RC2 v3 architecture included VMware vSphere HA cluster for the CCMP management stack, RHEL 6 KVM for the resource pool hypervisors, IBM xSeries hardware including several iDataplex, IBM XIVs storage devices, SAN Volume Controllers, Cisco SAN Switches, IBM SoNAS, IBM GPFS, WebSphere Application Server Cluster, IBM DB2 with HADR, IBM Rational Asset Manager, IBM Tivoli Service Automation Manager, and IBM Tivoli High Scale Low Touch (HSLT).
