This included creating and facilitating various training and colleague engagement activities.- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and/or technical automation, resulting in customer and colleague benefits. Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure delivery, particularly on aspects where knowledge gaps existed.- Lead the communication and organisation of 200+ volunteers at a Children in Need donation call centre, subsequently raising £69,000 on the night.
